Ernie Buck is a singer-songwriter, guitarist, bandleader and drummer, who’s career has spanned 22 years, with acts including Monkish, The Cham Ticks, The Uncomfortably White Brothers, Geography Of The Moon & his solo work.
He released two singles this year (available to stream and download for free at https://erniebuck.bandcamp.com/) and is soon to release an as yet untitled four track EP, slated for the early new year. His influences range from Harry Nilsson, Marvin Gaye, 50s Doo-Wop to Punk and Alternative Rock, with a touch of Nick Drake and Father John Misty.
Originally from London, England and having been based in Phnom Penh’s music scene since June 2018, he now resides on a farm in Takéo, with his wife and son, focusing on writing and recording, with regular trips around Cambodia to perform.
